Hi Keith,

It's not a real one, otherwise I would have bought it. :)

Your comment is much appreciated!

Spring is still not here too. My Canadian quests think it is colder over here then in Ontario/Canada although it freezes less.
There is more wind and humidity which gets to your bones.
Makes one feel :loco:
The buds look hopefull though.

And some first shots with the Konica Hexanon 85/1.8 Was lucky to run into this one.
Feels like a killer lens! Sharp and beautiful bokeh.

All of them are lovely but I especially like the Crocus. Having just completed a total knee replacement I appreciate the knee requirements to get that shot. It ain't easy

Thank you Paul for the kind words.
Sorry to hear about your knee, but at least it is a blessing that things like that can be done.
Wait a little and the flowers are a lot higher. :)

BTW Love that Helios swirly red background and the exotic Ford shot.
That Nikon 105/2.5 used to be my favourite lens on my old Nikkormat.
Still have it.

All the best, Michiel

You are way to kind; both of those images are pretty bad IMO. Both images show I have a lot to learn about framing & composition. I do like the way both of those lens render and the 105 is always in my bag.

I appreciate you and all the others that post here and from which I continue to learn so much. Thank you!

Hi,

I'm glad to see the bokeh-topic is still going strong.
Today, we had a lovely sunny day here around Brussels. Unfortunately, strong, cold wind, quite difficult to take pictures.

Still, I went for a walk with the G1 and my Rodenstock Retina-Rotelar 135/4.
This lens can focus only down to 14ft, so I coupled it to a +1 close-up lens to shoot some bokehgraphs.

Here's the first one

Here's another one from that same shoot.
Still with Rodenstock Retina-Rotelar 135/4 and a +1 close-up lens

Have a great day,
Rafael
