Some shots from this afternoon with my Vivitar VMC Macro Zoom 70-210 mm 1:3.5 and the Canon FD Macro 50/3.5
The vivitar is actually a beautiful lens but far to heavy (with adapters 1070 grams, officially a little to heavy for a G1, but it did not break)
I like the colours better then the Canon. The Canon is a bit sharper, I think.

Be caution using this heavy lens ,otherwise it'll damage the mount.
I think Canon FD 50mm F1.4 work perfectly well on M 4/3:thumbup:

Yes I will. I red somewhere that 1000 grams was the maximum.
It is a terrific lens though. BTW the other shots I did with the 50/3.5 FD Macro. I have the FD 50/1.4 too.
Just got a Canon FD 24/2.8. Will post some pics later.
Thanks for your concerns.

Two photographs with the Canan FD L 85/1.2
I am really getting the hang of this lens now. It works much better with the Ciecio adapter.
Ideal for low light situations like a museum where you are not allowed to flash.
First picture is a very funny sculpture by the popstar Bjork.
