I'm sorry to say that I've never been much of a people photographer (in fact, my general rule was that if it had a pulse, I wasn't interested) but I've recently come to realize the error of my ways and am now driving my family nuts by photographing them all the time.
For instance, here are photos of my mother and father taken during the Thanksgiving holiday (both captured with the GF1/20mm combo):
Neither are particularly great photos as photos, but if you know them well, as I do, as memories they'll do quite nicely, thank you.
