sorry I missed this thread earlier. I shot an a wedding with 35mm f1.2 on a G1 previously ( GF1 wasn't invented then). Results are very good, much better than my 40mm f1.4 SC. I would recommend it.

thanks. every shot was at f1.2 as I wasn't enamoured of G1's high ISO results then. it was clearly a heavy lens to handle compared to the pancake 40mm but in low light every half a stop counts.
