Honestly Guy, I've no clue; all I've done so far have been very-low-compression jpegs, only one, Number 607, have any PP.
If you like I can send you some raw files from the Oly and you can test it?

The two kit lenses are stupidly small aren't they . . . . and then when you get to use them they're really good quality.

For me, the joy of the 4:3 is that almost all the lenses are excellent, from wide open and at all focal lengths. I guess the new 9-18 would cost almost as much as your kit, but that's a lovely little lens too.

Jono, they are indeed, tiny light, sharp as heck and they both focus FAST.
I am seriously impressed :thumbup:
Now I feel the siren call of that 25mm pancake lens :thumbs:

If it's a toy, don't mess with the 14-54, it's faster, but it's bigger as well, and those two little kit lenses do a great job.

Not sure about that Sigma 150 macro and maybe the 40-150 maybe be a better option

I second the motion, Oly lenses are simply wonderful, even the kit lenses give wonderfull IQ

Guy, don't spend $269 on the 40-150mm lens. You can pick it up lightly used on eBay or on the 4/3 Photo buy/sell board for $100 almost any day of the week.
Many prefer the older 40-150 kit lens (a bit faster and with metal mount) and it's also easy to find.
