Good to know the OMD is tough (no need testing that though), but what about you ?Incidentally, talking of fun with the OMD.
I usually hold mine in one hand (holding it over the top).
I slipped on some scree on a slope and landed with all 65kg onto rock with the OMD base plate first (from around 4ft I guess).
There's a small scratch on the base plate.
It's Tough!
