What plate for the OM D

I am using an RRS plate on my OM D. Having just been out in anger for the first time. Having used only L plates for years, having to get to vertical on a D4 and also having the plate come loose left me wondering what the real answer is. Is there a better solution?

Maybe the Milich grip as it has an integrated Arca compatible plate?

He also has just an L plate. I've had Ls on my DSLRs forever and wasn't sure about the OMD but decided on the combo grip plus L.
