Are any FD adaptor shipping yet?

Hi all,

I have seen the chart of adaptors at the top of this forum (thanks!), which does not include positive evidence of a production FD adaptor. Has anyone heard/seen such a beast? I have a fair number of FD glass that would be great to use with the G1.
