For those interested, I've started a blog entry on using the G1 with manual focus 3rd party lenses. So far, I have only the Panny adapter and the Fotodiox 4/3-to-F adapter, so I've started to play around with my Nikon primes.
The 50mm f1.8 and the 300mm f4 (with 1.4x teleconverter) both seem to work well. I'm going to also try my 85mm f1.4 lens.
I'll add to this blog entry when I get my CameraQuest u4/3-to-M adapters and I can mount some M (CV) lenses.
