Very nice, Paul!

Only rendering criticism I have is that those leaves in the foreground seem a little too crispy sharp to me, to the point of being a bit distracting. I'd soften them just slightly.

Thanks Godfrey. You are quite right. I used a sharpening scheme that emphasized texture and that didn't work well on the leaves. Sometimes I get tunnel vision and with B&W PP it's often centered around contrast and tonal range. I will have to try harder and learn from mistakes like that.

Kodak Brownie 2a model B


Olympus E-5 + Summilux-D 25mm f/1.4 ASPH
ISO 400 @ f/1.4 @ 1/60 second

I delivered the Brownie to its new owner today and decided to snap a photo of it while we were talking at the cafe. Not a perfect product shot, but I like it.
:)

(The leather handle tore at one of the eyelets as he picked it up just a few moments before so he took it off to repair it. I forgot to ask him to put it back on for the photo... oh well.)
