I don't know if gold would look good with pink-and-white. How about a Hello Kitty special edition instead?

Let us work on that.. gold plating with 50 year engraving...

OK, you twisted my arm. Hello Kitty would be fine as well.:ROTFL:

Wow! Stunning! Pink heart and all..but...it is still not golden??

Now, now children ...

WHITE CAMERAS ??

Geez
... bet you didn't exclaim in a similar manner when Canon began their white L series!

Anyway, just think - a white camera sat on the dashboard of your car takes longer to frazzle the film inside. But wait! (as Dr.Russell Preston Brown would say) there's no film, wow!

Not on the dashboard in AZ any color camera in 5 minutes is a fried egg. LOL

White M8's and now Olympus. I guess this is the new fashion trendy thing to have. Just not a fan of white camera gear. I like black camera's easier to sneak in the house. LOL

This is left as an exercise for the student.

I would suggest restraint -- perhaps just the shiny trim line that separates the top cover from the body...

I think the interesting thing about the viewfinder is whether it'll have an electronic overlay (focus confirmation etc.)
Just like my trusty Contax T3 lets hope. The OVF with overlays work beaut with that camera, Contax did it 10 years ago, no reason why Olympus could'nt, but have they?

Very true! And one black Canon/Nikon DSLR looks just about the same as the next (upgraded) model. Couldn't fool my wife when I brought home the (black) Leica R8 however. Unfortunately, she also knows Leica=$$$$.

Deceased, but remembered fondly here...
I think a white M8 will go lovely with my Tom Wolfe outfit.

I just hope Luigi can make a white case and strap for it.

Anyone fluent in French? (I know I'm not despite five years of it in highschool):
Well, I'm french but unfortunately, there is really nothing to translate in particular in this article.
What the hell all this buzz around such a camera : a well an tiny shaped smaller G1, but without the essential : somewhere to put the eye...
