I've recently bought an INDUSTAR-69 28mm f2.8 and it just arrived today. It is incredible how small this lens is but I cannot find out how to select the aperture I want. The only wheels that I can rotate are the focus and the one that attaches the lens to the adapter. Does anyone else have this lens? Do you know if you can control the aperture?

Also, I tend to see that all wider faster manual lenses have a sort of a glow around the highlights unless you stop them down up to f4. Is this a common issue? When I shoot at f2.8 with the Industar or at f2.0 with the Pentax 24mm it's like I'm shooting with one of those 70's glaze filters.
