thats what I'm looking for.. how often are you able to repeat the swirl effect? let's say if your human subject is focal point and the background is swirled..Ross Cine Lens 1" F1.9

Wide open aperture and short distance of subject will get this effect with some cine lenses. But not everybody's cup of tea.
