Kodak dropping film--sad news indeed

My favorite films are TMax 400, Provia and Ectar so to read Kodak will be selling their film business is not great news at all. If they can't make a profit then who will?
Kodak's performance recently suggests that even if they made 90c on the $ they'd squander it and lose money. Sometimes economic Darwinism needs to take place. RIP Kodak, just as unfortunately RIP for the other power house Polaroid.

Kodak has changed their mind many times in the last year. Nobody really knows what they will do in the end.

They'll probably do like AT&T did after coming out of Bankruptcy and buy back all they sold off...
