I can see why, Helen.Congrats on the Sonnar / Scott
I love the c sonnar at night.....
but Lloyd now has me Lusting for a 75 asph cron....:scry:
I can see why, Helen.
And Scott, I particularly like the first image.
As for the 75 Cron, it's a great lens (I also love my CV 75/2.5 Heliar), but there's not a lot of difference between the 75 and a 50 in my book. I'd go for a 90 first. IMHO.[/QUOTE=Lloyd)
I had a 90 cron but gave it up...size & weight wore me down
even though it was a Beauty in Crispness / version 3... I think it was
Is the 90 asph Cron less of a Beast to Carry >?
The 75 Cron weighs 15.1 ounces, the current 90 AA weighs 16 ounces. So it's a push. The old Leitz version was a beast by comparison. The CV 75 Heliar is only 8.5 ounces (I have both to have a choice size and weight-wise). And CV 90 APO Lanthar (which I have and very much appreciate), is only an ounce heavier than the CV 75. It's only f3.5, but does have a lovely bokeh.I can see why, Helen.
