Peleng 8mm fisheye on a Pentax Spotmatic?

I have recently purchased a Peleng 8mm fisheye lens and I'd like to use it with a Pentax Spotmatic SPII. However, would there be any risk of the back of the lens hitting the camera's mirror? I believe that the flange distance of the Spotmatic is 11mm.
