Yeah, I know about the blur. (I was in from Feb. 1970 to late July of 1973.)Lloyd: I got out in 1971. I'm guessing 72-73; but, that entire decade's a blur!
Cheers, Matt

+1 great shots. That first beach one is really great Maggie! Great expression and I like the composition with the glasses, reflection and other person to the left...
Maggie: Nice photos, scans and pp. I like this first one too. I also didn't know that there was a Beach in Nebraska!
Steve: They haven't called yet? Unbox that scanner!Wow, you guys are strolling down memory lane! I love the "old" stuff! If i ever unbox my epson 750 that ive had for 3 weeks i'll join in!
Matt....That Shot Is Rolling Stone Magazine, Rock Star Material!
This is a great shot, Matt. And the truth is, if you hadn't said it was from the early 70s, I would have thought it one from your more recent Pike's Place Market collection.Early 1970's. Nikkormat with Tri-X Pan. I've been working on scanning these two images. So far this is my best effort. These guys are sitting in the un-renovated Pike Place Market. Probably should have made their tones similar (just noticed!). Cheers, Matt
Thanks, Matt!Maggie: Nice photos, scans and pp. I like this first one too. I also didn't know that there was a Beach in Nebraska!
Lloyd: Thanks. The thing is these guys wouldn't be hanging around the market. Like most major cities, we've "cleaned up" and gentrified the old, affordable, areas of downtown. They'd be out somewhere in a home, or a cheaper neighborhood away from downtown. BTW, I just bought a film nikon (Steve inspired me to buy!). I've got all of those lenses; so, why not. Cheers, MattThis is a great shot, Matt. And the truth is, if you hadn't said it was from the early 70s, I would have thought it one from your more recent Pike's Place Market collection.
Maggie: I was just pulling your leg (which is hard because you're in Nebraska)Thanks, Matt!
Yeah, there are beaches alongside reservoirs. Dam a creek, pour some sand next to it, viola: BEACH!
drazin: These are quite nice. How long have you been into Lomography?Lomo LCA+ on Ektar 100

Excellent! Please Dont Tell Me You Found An F6?!Here's another Pike Place Market photo from the early 70's that I just scanned. Potatoes are 3 lbs. for 25 cents. Nikkormat and Tri-X. The VP750 did an excellent job of cleaning up scratches/etc. Cheers, Matt

+1 on that! The flowers are especially beautiful.Beautiful!
Steve: Thanks. I love the camaraderie that these two guys appear to have. He does have a distinctive schnoz! I think I did score a used F6. It was supposed to ship ON; but, it's on "hold"? Hope they didn't sell me something they didn't have. Cheers, MattMatt, Like I Said B4...Love The Old Stuff! Gentleman Looks Like Jimmy Durante...HachaaChaChaaaa!

Maggie: Thanks. Maybe "ugly apples" because it's a large yellow apple with red streaks? I'm going to try scanning/reprocessing some of those that I posted earlier. I think i'm getting better at it. Cheers, Matt. That is just fantastic, Matt. I love the "Ugly Apples" sign.
