...because I forgot to change the film speed setting on the Gossen when I went from HP5+ @400 to XP2 which I expose @200. I realised halfway through the roll, and you can tell when I changed the meter setting!

One stop more or less with negative film is not even remotely an issue, even less so with B&W. Your photos will turn out fine :)

I use Silverfast and have used NegaFix with Generic Film and LINEAR setting for grossly underexposed negs. That seems to do the trick wery well for me :D
