Canon 100 mm L Macro vs. Canon 100 (non-L) Macro

I currently have the original 100 mm Macro, and I was wondering if the new 100 mm L Macro is worth trading my lens for the new L lens??

I realize the new lens has IS, but is that enough to warrant an upgrade??
