Is there a lens configuration that allows you to use rise and fall (as opposed to side shift) and still tilt the lens downward?

Just looking at the lens, I don't see it. Help!!!

Don't forget that you can shift at 45 degree angle for a combined rise/fall-lh/rh.
I have the old one. Can't wait to get the new one
