my 5D mkii woke up dead today

it wont turn on!!! battery is charged but i get nothing!

i already called canon and they are sending me a prepaid shipping label to send it over to them.

so sad.

sometimes we forget how complex these devices are. my apple has did the same thing.

they say barring any damage by force or water (which neither happened) it will be covered.

so here's an update for those interested.

the camera is on its way back from canon today. they said they needed to replace the "battery box" housing. it was covered.
