Auto ISO in manual mode

I'm using auto ISO in manual mode, and it's always giving me a -1/3 exposure reading.. The exposure compensation dial doesn't do anything in manual mode, but why is it giving me a -1/3 exposure?
Auto ISO helped me pick 1250 ISO and my max ISO is set to 3200..

You can then use the command control to fine adjust your exposure. It doesn't use the auto ISO as the final fine adjustment in manual mode.
