Fuji X-Pro 1 playback not working

I took a bunch of strictly snap shots at a local chowder competition. Partly through the shoot, I noticed out of focus pictures. I had inadvertently switched the lever on the front of the camera to manual. After I changed to single auto focus, I noticed the playback was not working. I am now back home, and the green play back button still does not work. Did I accidentally some how turn it " off"?
