oh yes you can: they get the llens, you get the money, you buy new lens, someone else get the money...

I own a black one and with the M9 this lens becomes very interesting again IMO. I am not sure if I want to trade, but the silver looks great too and if it works fine I would not risk to trade it if I were you.
