WTB: Canon 24mm tse or 24-70 2.8 (UK)

Hi,
I am looking to buy either a canon 24mm tse or 24-70mm 2.8 USM lens.
I should have the money towards the end of this coming week but only for one, so which one depends on what comes up!

The glass, focussing, movements, etc needs to be perfect of course with no softness issues but markings to body do not matter to me.

I really am looking in the UK only due to the high shipping and import charges from outside the EU on these lenses.
