Fisheye lens for MF, Pentacon 6 mount. With adapter, it ought to be possible to adapt it to most 645 focal plane shutter cameras, like the Mamiya.

This lens is in as-new shape, pretty much, with perfect glass and no signs of use. It comes with front and rear caps, and can come with a Contax 645 adapter, if desired, for 10 Euro extra.
