FS: Voigtlander Filter Adapter for the 12mm Ultra Wide Heliar

I have a Voigtlander Filter-Adapter for 12mm Ultra Wide Heliar. It allows use of standard 77mm filters. It's been mounted a couple of times, otherwise it's like new. I'm told it's also adaptable with a bit of electrical tape to the LTM version of the 15mm Ultra Wide Heliar. I think Cameraquest.com has more information on that.

I'm asking $45 including PayPal and shipping within the CONUS.
