FS Milich WATE adapter with Leica IR filter

I recently acquired a Milich WATE adapter with a Leica IR filter installed from another member. As my M8 has now been sold, I need to find a new home for the adapter. Adapter and filter are both in excellent condition. No marks of any sort on the filter.

$125 includes paypal and USPS priority mail.
