It includes the 5D body with standard focus screen, a Haoda split image screen (EC-B), third-party spare battery and charger, 4GB Sandisk Extreme III card.
Camera has a little bit of wear on hot-shoe and a small nick on the bottom (see picture).
Recently service by Canon to replace the mirror. They also adjusted exposure and focus, cleaned CMOS sensor and checked all factory specs. Date of the service was 1/7/2010 and the camera has been mostly sitting on the shelf since then.
