I have for sale a Canon 5D mkII with a shaved mirror to clear Exotic Alt Glass. (Rokkors, Takumars, Canon FD lenses) I've tested this on Minolta Rokkor 58mm f1.2, Canon FD lenses, & the 50mm f1.4 Takumar and it clears the mirror on all of them.
Questions will probably come up, on fast lenses f/2.8 and below you won't notice anything different in the mirror but if persay you put a f/4 lens on there or stop down anywhere there you will get some darkening in the top part of the VF. You see everything on the Viewfinder, nothing is cutoff at all.
Includes box, paperwork, Original 5D2 strap, Canon "pro" strap, Battery, Charger. There is an EG-S matte screen in there. I will include the original focusing screen also. Bonus, I'll throw in a Kingston 16gb CF card.
