WTB: Nikon D700 or Trade for D3 plus cash

Looking for a D700, preferably $2K and under with low(ish) actuations.

Will also trade for my mint Nikon D3 (17K actuations) plus cash to make up the difference.

I have a D700 which I purchased from Adorama in Dec. of 08. It has less than 5k actuations I believe, all the things that came with it incl. original box and extended warranty. I can send you photos of it if you like. it also has an additional battery grip with spare battery. I have recently purchased the new D3x and would prefer the D3 over my D700 because of the dual card slots. So I am interested, please let me know what your price difference would be.
