Bought this about a month ago from Brad Husick. Leica X1 with about 400 total shutter actuations. Camera is in perfect condition - not a mark anywhere. Here's what's included:
X1 body, Leica X1 wrist strap and Leica M neck strap (this one came with the Leica wrist strap instead of a neck strap from Brad; he included a nice Leica M neck strap, although the wrist strap is probably the way to go). All in original box - manual, battery, charger and the copy of Lightroom 3 is available for download with this - the camera has not been registered and the copy of LR has not been downloaded. The camera is fitted with a Giottos Schott glass screen protector. Also included is Nikon UR-E8 adapter ring and a 52mm lens cap that protects the lens in extended and retracted mode. You can use it or not...

Genuine Leica grip for the X1 - LNIB - extra $100
Leica Eveready leather case for the X1 with grip - excellent condition - no box and no separate viewfinder case (cannot find it) - extra $100
I believe that $1775 for the whole kit is a fabulous deal... The extras are only available separately after the camera has sold.
