Rolleicord TLR Medium Format camera

I honestly know next to nothing about these types of cameras, but this one appears to be in very good shape. It comes equipped with a brown leather case. I have never attempted a roll of film though it.

The bottom lens on the camera says :

schneider xener 1:3.5/75
