FS: Olympus F. Zuiko 38mm f1.8 for m4/3

i have a Olympus F. Zuiko 38mm f1.8 converted to be used on m4/3 body, there has been no modifications done to the lens itself, the adapter just unscrews if you would like to go back to original pen F flange. ive used this on my g1 and e-pl1. this is manual focus manual aperture lens. no longer use this lens much, so here it is looking for its new owner.
lens comes with the original Pen F hard pouch
asking $180 shipped and paypalled
