As far as I know Dick Phillips made only two of the 4x5 cameras with longer front standards and this is one of those two cameras – so instead of the regular two inches of front rise this camera has 2 and ¾ inches of front rise (folded up dimensions are the same as the regular cameras). Also included is the extension piece for the front standard so in addition to the regular extension of 18 inches, this camera has just a little bit more than 21 inches of extension.
