Canon7 + Canon 50mm f1.4 LTM lens

The camera and the lens are in good working condition.
The camera had shutter speeds, pressure plate and the mount checked and adjusted this week.
Only the high sensitivities meter is working.

Overall condition of the lens is good but it has some dust inside the glass and traces of oil on aperture blades.

More about the lens.
It comes with a front cap.
There are a few thin cleaning marks on the front glass. There is also a patch of something dry on the edge of of front glass (diameter about 3mm) - all this stuff is visible only with direct light from a flashlight.
I didn't try to clean it since I didn't want to damage the glass and it doesn't show in the pictures.

What does it mean for actual usage that only the high sensitivities meter is working?

The low sensitivities meter is for use in daytime and the high sensitivities meter is for use in a low light.
I used the high sensitivities meter in daytime and in the evening and it worked well with BW film. Not sure about slides though...
