Feeler: Mamiya Sekor D AF 150mm f2.8 Lens

I recently purchased a Mamiya AFD III kit that included this lens. I mostly shoot wide and my 150mm f3.5 will suffice for the number of portraits I shoot.

I'd offer this lens at a steep discount over the $3100 price new.

It comes with both caps, hood, and B+W UV filter. The glass is clean and body shows little to no wear. I can provide photos on request. It works flawlessly on the AFD III body.

I'm thinking a price like $2000 including PayPal and ground shipping within the CONUS is fair. I welcome and will carefully consider all offers.

No bites thus far. Am I way out of whack regarding the price? Or, am I just impatient?

Remember, offers will be carefully considered.

Impatient. Thats a very fair price. Heck if I weren't saving for some other Alpa gear I'd have bought it!

Sit tight, Larry, and someone from the GetDPI family will pick it up. The 150mm D is one of the absolute best lenses, fast focusing too.

would you be interested in any Nikon lenses for a trade. I would love to have that lens. But right now I don't have a spare $2K.

Thanks for your suggestion. I'm currently shooting Sony digital. If I was shooting Nikon digital we'd be talking. I've got some Nikon primes for use with my F100 film body. Should I be considering a D700 body to complement my wide and normal primes?
