You can order the Hadley Pro insert direct from Billingham in the UK for about £36 or so. I haven't seen anyone in the US listing them. See

Or order from Robert White in the UK. I wanted a Hadley a couple of months ago. The price from RW was comparable to the US price even including shipping and a small customs fee. I had what I wanted in 2 days. Very impressive service.

Thank you all for the suggestions! Unfortunately for a lower priced item like this, the relative shipping cost from overseas is rather high... Still hoping to find one within the US for now.
