WTB - Leica 6-bit lens coder

So I've been having a hell of a time getting my lenses coded and since I don't want to send them away for exorbitant prices, does anyone have an extra coding template that I could buy? I'd even consider renting it for a bit if you'd rather have it back, though given how coding with a sharpie seems to be temporary, that may not be the best answer. Hopefully someone out there has an extra one...
