Gitzo 1228 Carbon fiber 6X, with box;
It is discontinued, but is essentially the 2540 EX, a 4-section CF tripod with tilting center column. (B&H doesn't list the 4 section, but there is a 3 section version, 2530 EX.) It is in perfect shape and I would think $375 is a super deal for somebody.
