Lens is a 39* serial lens, not coded, that I traded for on FM.
Comes with the hood, front/back caps, and case, but no hood cap, and no box. I lost the hood cap twice and just left it at that. Its either on my camera or in my bag, so didn't seem super important.
Lens is clean/smooth/clicky, except for a little bit of paint wear on the aperture ring, most noticeably above the "5.6". Glass is clean
