Is is Japanese model so the Users Manual is in Japanese, you will have to download one in your language from Nikon website.
The in camera menu has option of choosing your language.

The camera is in working condition but COULD USE CLA.
The camera is clean, has no dents, some marks from normal usage.
There is still protective plastic on the bottom plate.
The viewfinder is clean, no haze.
Rangefinder is aligned both vertically and horizontally.
There is a small hole in the shutter curtain which was repaired and doesn't leak light.
The shutter speeds are good for normal film use but I would advise professional adjustment if you planning to shoot slides.
Slower shutter speeds are a little too slow e.g 1 second is actually 1.2 seconds.
The meter works well.
The camera comes with original Leica strap and booklets visible on the picture.

As usual for these cameras the second curtain has some wrinkles but they are not affecting functioning of the camera.
The low range light meter (orange marks) works well in daytime. The high rage meter (black marks) looks dead, but it is not really needed since the low rage does a good job.
New light seals were installed recently.

*** Voigtlander Color Skopar SLII 20mm f3.5 Pancake for Nikon F cameras***
The lens is in great condition. Glass is clean, no scratches, no fungus. Some dust inside but it will not affect your pictures.
The lens comes with both caps and a box.
It is Nikon F mount with full metering on FX and DX cameras, good for street photography with crop cameras.

I would classify the lens as working USER.
There are no dents on the lens barrel but there is some paint loss on the black paint elements of the lens.
The aperture blades are clean, there is no oil, but the aperture ring is somehow stiff.
There are no scratches on the glass and there is no haze inside the lens but there are some cleaning marks and few small patches of coating degradation.
There is also some dust inside the lens but it will not affect your pictures.
The lens comes with Canon front cap and a filter (there is a small patch of coating degradation on the filter).
Below are 2 pictures taken with Fuji X pro-1 and this lens, the first one is at f2.8 the second wide open at f1.4
