Hi, it's time to let go my precious M2 Black Paint to someone who will truly appreciate it.
Here is the history of the camera:
The camera was factory repainted by LEITZ on special order during the M4 black paint era.
It has been well kept and exercised regularly to keep the mechanism in good order.
It still has the raised L seal (original Leica seal)
Original leatherette is still intact.
The camera is under good and working condition with some brassing here and there but nothing major.
Shutter speed sounds accurate, viewfinder is clean and contrasty, rangefinder alignment is accurate, timer works properly.
The flash socket covers have been changed to M4 type covers.
I'm asking for USD $2780, the price includes paypal fee and shipping fee via EMS from Malaysia.
I'll also accept trade-in with other M cameras or lenses.
