According to CameraQuest, both the C version and the PII versions have the same glass. PII version is natively rangefinder coupled. I had a PII as well. Personally, I preferred the handling of the C version. C version also comes with a built in hood. You must be aware of all of this but just in case. Good luck with your search!

"C" version is much better build than pancake and ergonomic.
