Phase One IQ160 bundle

Long story short, my father recently passed away and while going through the estate left to me I found this among other things. He was an avid photographer - something I unfortunately am not. I do just fine with my K-30, so something like this is lost on me. I will answer any questions I am able to, but I don't even know how to operate this thing. In the big Phase One case is the following:

I would like to sell the entire kit for $35k to me, and I would definitely prefer not to break up the kit if I can help it (so I am not left trying to sell bits and pieces).
