Cosmetically is user condition. There's no haze/funguson the glass, but it does has light coating marks on the front and rear element which DOES NOT AFFECT PICTURE QUALITY as I tested on my Leica M9.
There's no oil on the blade, focus is smooth and aperture ring clicks as it should be.
There's no cap included, but I will throw in a B+W UV filter for protection purpose.
