it's in excellent condition. you can see signs of use at very close inspection, but it's a 9/10. the battery is level 3, original nikon. comes with a 3rd party charger with the retaining plastic pieces broken off (i use a tiny square of tape to keep the battery seated >_>). grip comes with the box and all the doo-dads it came with.
