Putting this lens up for sale again after last buyer backed out, citing sudden personal financial problems (wife??).
Comes in Leica original protective plastic bauble, IROOA lens hood & protective “cap” for the hood (black thing, pictured, bottom right), original Leica chrome lens cap (mint) & UVa filter. The UVa filter also comes in it’s original plastic case and red box (pictured, top left)
Made in 1963 (i think). M-Mount bayonet. The lens is in excellent condition, I’d rate it 9/10 personally. Filter-thread undamaged. Lens has received CLA for stiff focusing, to that end, focusing and aperture action is perfect, with clean and clear click-stop with no resistance. Optics in great condition, no haze, lens edge separation, coating damage or flaking. when shining a strong torch you can see dust inside is present obviously, quite normal for a old non weather sealed lens, has no effect on IQ what so ever, both lens surfaces clean and clear from damage or scratches & pitting. Body is clean from grime and dirt/dust and in good condition.
Price: $2300 for the package, or $2200 for just the lens. $40 for shipping & materials.
