This is a LNIB Benro B1 Double-Action Ballhead. It's new, never used, with Arca-Swiss style quick release plate and users guide. This is a great alternative to the more expensive RRS heads, especially for mirrorless cameras or small DSLRs. Nothing more to add except this link to the B&H page providing more details.
