As close to new as you are going to get. Great for landscapes and architecture.
Fine color rendering and resolving power, a great German optic. New at B&H for $2100.00, you can have this one for $1469 including shipping and Google checkout fees.

Long shot doesn't even come close Tony. ;-) It was sold within a week of posting in February of 09.
